Harsh reaction from Trabzonspor: 'With labor thieves and match-fixers...'

Trabzonspor Vice President Taner Saral made a statement following the PFDK decisions.

In his statement, Taner Saral said, "As Trabzonspor, we do not have even a shred of trust left in the TFF President, his incompetent team, or the refereeing community, which is being played like a puppet by certain interest groups. Unfortunately, at this point, even good people who do their jobs have either become part of this despicable order or have remained silent, concerned only with their own seats. Let the great Trabzonspor fans know that our fight against labor thieves and match-fixers will continue forever."

"The process that followed the match we played against Fenerbahçe, which attempted to drown not only Trabzonspor but an entire city in a culture of lynching, has now evolved into a place we find difficult to define as of today.

The penalties announced by the Turkish Football Federation are in a state that fits neither rules, reason, nor morality. TFF President Büyükekşi and his 'A-Team' have caused a new chaos in our country with the penalties they announced today.

As Trabzonspor, we do not have even a shred of trust left in the TFF President, his incompetent team, or the refereeing community, which is being played like a puppet by certain interest groups. Unfortunately, at this point, even good people who do their jobs have either become part of this despicable order or have remained silent, concerned only with their own seats.

The Turkish Football Federation has opened a new act today in the theater it has been staging since the beginning of the season. We state it once again in the clearest way possible... We have not been, are not, and will not be a part of this process!

TFF President Büyükekşi and his cronies have ruined the love of football for millions of our citizens while looking our nation in the eye, have sown seeds of discord in the middle of society, and as of today, have completely lost control.

The only way for our country's football to emerge from this deep coma is for everyone in a position of responsibility, starting with the TFF President, to resign without exception. If these steps are not taken today, the future of our country's football will again be destroyed by this usurping team.

We will never forgive those who had a hand in the decision announced today, at the expense of the glorious Trabzonspor and our millions of loyal fans!

If there is even a tiny bit of fear of God left in you, if you have even an ounce of the honor and dignity you keep mentioning, you will no longer sit in those seats.

Let the great Trabzonspor fans know that; our fight against labor thieves and match-fixers will continue forever."
