Harsh statement from Ertuğrul Doğan after the Beşiktaş match! 'It's a farce'

In the 23rd week of the Süper Lig, Beşiktaş defeated Trabzonspor 2-0 at home with goals from Semih Kılıçsoy.

Following the match, Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan made harsh statements.

Speaking to A Spor, Doğan said, "I would like to thank the Beşiktaş management for hosting us so well. We will host them in Trabzon in the same way. After the Fenerbahçe match, I had made a statement regarding Mete Kalkavan. Of course, we don't enjoy these statements; we don't stay within the realm of football. But I want to call them referees, but I can't. It's a farce. We need to speak clearly. After the Fenerbahçe match, I asked these individuals, 'Aren't you ashamed of your honesty and integrity?' They are not ashamed. It's just one farce after another." 

Ertuğrul Doğan continued his remarks by saying, "Mete Kalkavan was like a fly in a swamp. And he has been put in charge of a unit that has no training. Comical decisions, no clear communication. It's just one farce after another. I want to say a few things about the VAR referee; how is it that a referee who was penalized after a Konyaspor - Adana Demir match played on April 19 last year gets appointed to the match of the week? Mr. Tolga is busy with his surgeries in İzmir, making appointments remotely as he pleases. Ahmet İbanoğlu has no idea what is going on in the world anyway."
