Harsh statement from Fatih Karagümrük

Atılay Canel, the technical director of VavaCars Fatih Karagümrük, which lost 2-1 away to Fenerbahçe in the 13th week of the Trendyol Super League, reacted to the referee's decisions.

Speaking at the press conference held after the match played at Ülker Stadium, Canel stated that they showed what kind of team they are with the game they played.

Emphasizing that their clear penalty was not given, Canel noted the following:

"We showed what kind of team Karagümrük is. There is nothing anyone can do except God for those who mistake their own desires for justice and for the immoral people who consider it their duty to serve them. It was a good match. Our obvious penalty was not given because of the friend in the VAR room."

Fatih Karagümrük President Süleyman Hurma also released a statement via the club's official account after the match.
