Historic decision from Fenerbahçe: Doors closing on January 31
The Fenerbahçe High Council will mark a first in club history at the meeting to be held on January 31. For the first time, the meeting will be open only to members, with no press or spectators allowed.
While a positive atmosphere has emerged within the yellow-navy club following the victory against Galatasaray in the Super Cup, a notable decision has been made regarding the High Council meeting.
HIGH COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
It has been reported that the Fenerbahçe High Council meeting, to be held on January 31, will take place behind closed doors for the first time in the club's history. It was stated that no one other than High Council members will be admitted to the meeting.
CONFIDENTIALITY REQUEST FROM MEMBERS
It is alleged that members attending the meeting will be warned not to share the content of the discussions held during the session with outsiders.
SARAN, YILDIRIM, AND KOÇ TO TAKE THE PODIUM
It was stated that in addition to current president Sadettin Saran, former club presidents Aziz Yıldırım and Ali Koç will also deliver speeches at the January 31 meeting. Furthermore, it was noted that members who wish to speak will be able to take the podium in turn to express their views.
CLOSED TO PRESS AND BROADCAST
Until now, Fenerbahçe High Council meetings have been held openly. Previously, spectators who registered their names with the club could follow the meetings, members of the press could be present in the hall, and the meetings were broadcast live on television.
For the meeting on January 31, it was stated that neither print nor visual media will be admitted to the hall, and there will be no television broadcast of any kind.
