Illegal betting advertisement in the Süper Lig! 2 clubs referred to the Disciplinary Committee
The Turkish Football Federation has referred Adana Demirspor President Bedirhan Durak and Gaziantep FK President Memik Yılmaz to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee (PFDK) on the grounds that they facilitated the broadcasting of advertisements for a company alleged to be an illegal betting firm at their stadiums. The referral reports made by the Legal Consultancy to the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee on 29.10.2024 are stated below.
It has been decided to refer ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş. Club President BEDİRHAN DURAK to the PFDK with precautionary measures as of 29.10.2024, in accordance with Article 57 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to "facilitating the broadcasting of an advertisement for a company alleged to be an illegal betting firm at the stadium" during the same match.
It has been decided to refer GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A.Ş. Club President MEMİK YILMAZ to the PFDK with precautionary measures as of 29.10.2024, in accordance with Article 57 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to "facilitating the broadcasting of an advertisement for a company alleged to be an illegal betting firm at the stadium" during the same match.
