Konyaspor emerges victorious in five-goal thriller
Konyaspor came from behind to win away at Kasımpaşa, starting the season with 3 points.
In the first week of the Süper Lig, Kasımpaşa hosted Konyaspor at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium. Konyaspor won the match with a score of 3-2.
Konyaspor's winning goals came from players making their debut for the team. The green-and-whites' goals were scored by Pedrinho from a free kick in the 7th minute, Danijel Aleksic in the 81st minute, and Umut Nayir in the 89th minute. Kasımpaşa's goals were scored by Nuno Da Costa in the 48th minute and Claudio Winck in the 74th minute.
With this result, Konyaspor started the league with 3 points, while Kasımpaşa left their first match empty-handed.
In the second week of the league, Konyaspor will host Galatasaray at home. Kasımpaşa will travel to face Hatayspor away.
