Matches of the day at the World Cup
Excitement is at its peak in the tournament: On the night of June 18 and the morning of June 19, football fans will witness four important matches.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup, hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico, will feature critical matches in Groups A and B starting this evening. A total of four matches will be played on the night connecting the 18th to the 19th of the month.
CZECHIA FACES SOUTH AFRICA
The opening match of the day in Group A will be played in Atlanta. Czechia and South Africa will face off at Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 19:00. The match will be broadcast live on TRT 1.
SWITZERLAND-BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA CLASH IN LOS ANGELES
In Group B, Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina will face off at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The match, which will start at 22:00, will be broadcast live on TRT Spor.
CANADA TO HOST QATAR
In the other match of the group, host Canada will host Qatar. The match to be played at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver will start on Friday, June 19, at 01:00. The match will be broadcast on TRT Spor.
MEXICO TO FACE SOUTH KOREA
In the final match of the day, Mexico will face South Korea. The match to be played at Akron Stadium in Guadalajara will start on June 19 at 04:00. The match, in which host Mexico will take the field in front of its fans, will be broadcast live on TRT 1.
