Message from Tekke before the derby: 'You will see a team that does not give up'

In the Süper Lig, Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor are facing off at Ülker Stadium.  Before the match, Trabzonspor Manager Fatih Tekke made statements. 

Fatih Tekke's statements are as follows: 

"We played a difficult match. All 3 of our matches have been difficult since we arrived. We got quite tired in the cup match. It is great that Tony has recovered, and it is great that Savic wants to play despite not being at 100 percent. We have some problems in team defense. There is a need for excessive repetition and work there. Such matches are always difficult for both sides. But for our situation, we first need to normalize. Regarding the squad selection, Cham is not with us due to his injury."

"WE WERE NOT EXPECTING THIS"

"My principle is this; if you play well in training, you play well in the match. Sometimes, if we were going to apply tactical pressure, we tried to make appropriate player choices. Fenerbahçe is starting with a 4-man formation they haven't played in for the last 15 matches. Honestly, we were not expecting this. Of course, we worked on this too, though. No matter what, today, we want to show a team that is persistent and does not give up, which is what the Trabzonspor fans want to see."
