For the San Antonio team, young star Victor Wembanyama stood out with a 22-point contribution, while Julian Champagnie provided significant scoring support for his team with 20 points. On the Thunder side, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 35 points, but it was not enough for his team to secure the win.
The New York Knicks reached the championship in the Eastern Conference, earning the right to play in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999. The first game of the highly anticipated NBA Finals series will be played on Thursday, June 4. Both teams will compete for the championship after many years.
