PFDK announces penalties for clubs

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

"1- Göztepe, due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Fatih Karagümrük-Göztepe Trendyol Super League match played on 22.08.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the south stand block 326, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match in which the club is the guest team,

2- Gaziantep Football Club, due to non-compliance with instructions as the seats in the stadium were not numbered during the Gaziantep Football Club - Gençlerbirliği Trendyol Super League match played on 23.08.2025, is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Gaziantep Football Club is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions as a backup power system capable of ensuring the completion of the match was not kept in working order at the stadium,

3- Fenerbahçe, due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Fenerbahçe-Kocaelispor Trendyol Super League match played on 23.08.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the marathon lower stand marathon lower A and marathon upper stand marathon upper A blocks, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match in which the club is the host team,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with the sports equipment instructions,

4- Kocaelispor Club, due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Fenerbahçe-Kocaelispor Trendyol Super League match played on 23.08.2025, and because this action was committed for the first time in the same season in a match where it was the guest team, is to be issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT; and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the guest stand north G block, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, are to be blocked, thereby preventing their entry to the next match in which the club is the guest team,

In the same match, Kocaelispor Club is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to pitch incidents caused by its fans,

In the same match, Kocaelispor Club official Metin Özkan is to be banned from entering the dressing room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 80,000 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct,

5- Kayserispor Club, due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Kayserispor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League match played on 24.08.2025, is to have the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the north lower stand E block, who engaged in the ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, thereby preventing their entry to the next match in which the club is the host team,

6- Galatasaray, due to pitch incidents caused by its fans during the Kayserispor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League match played on 24.08.2025, is to be fined 220,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT,

In the same match, Galatasaray is to be issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and because this action was committed for the first time in the same season in a match where it was the guest team,

7- Regarding Eyüpspor Club, although a referral was made to our committee due to pitch incidents caused by its fans during the Eyüpspor-Corendon Alanyaspor Trendyol Super League match played on 25.08.2025, it was decided that there was no need to impose a penalty as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not met."
