PFDK announces referrals! Here is the bill for the derby...

The TFF announced the PFDK referrals in a statement on its official website. Accordingly, Fenerbahçe Club was fined 312 thousand TL, and Galatasaray Club was fined 200 thousand TL. Fenerbahçe executives Can Gebetaş and Selahattin Baki were each fined 200 thousand TL, and Erden Timur received a similar fine of 200 thousand TL.

In addition, many blocks of the stadium belonging to the derby's host, Fenerbahçe, received a 1-match spectator ban.

1- GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A.Ş. is to be punished with an 80,000 TL FINE due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK and GAZİANTEP FUTBOL KULÜBÜ A.Ş. on 23.12.2023, and because this action was carried out for the 2nd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the SOUTH STAND 325 block who engaged in ugly and bad chanting are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

2- MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Club is to be punished with a WARNING due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR and MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR on 24.12.2023, and because this action was carried out for the first time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club.

3- SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. is to be punished with a 500,000 TL FINE due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. and MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ on 25.12.2023, and because this action was carried out for the 4th time in the same season in a match where it was the host club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the OPEN STAND A and B blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chanting are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host.

4- MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club is to be punished with a 140,000 TL FINE due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between SİLTAŞ YAPI PENDİKSPOR FUTBOL A.Ş. and MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ on 25.12.2023, and because this action was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the GUEST STAND A block who engaged in ugly and bad chanting are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

5- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. is to be punished with a 112,000 TL FINE due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between ATAKAŞ HATAYSPOR and BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. on 25.12.2023.

6- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. is to be punished with a 112,000 TL FINE due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. and GALATASARAY A.Ş. on 24.12.2023.

Although FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was referred to our Board regarding the same match due to actions contrary to the Sports Equipment Instruction, it has been decided that THERE IS NO NEED TO IMPOSE A PENALTY as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed.

In the same match, due to ugly and bad chants caused by FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. fans, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the SPOR TOTO STAND D-E-F, NORTH STAND L-M-D-E-F, and MARATHON UPPER STAND D-E-F blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chanting are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host.

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. is to be punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/3 of the FDT and the application of Article 13 of the FDT due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in the declarations published on the club's official website on 23.12.2023.

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. executive CAN GEBETAŞ is to be punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT and the application of Article 13 of the FDT due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in his declarations published on the club's official website on 23.12.2023.

FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. executive SELAHATTİN BAKİ is to be punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT and the application of Article 13 of the FDT due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in his statements made on social media on 25.12.2023.

7- GALATASARAY A.Ş. is to be punished with a WARNING due to non-compliance with instructions because the accreditation system was not operated in the match where it was the guest team during the Trendyol Super Lig match played between FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. and GALATASARAY A.Ş. on 24.12.2023.

In the same match, GALATASARAY A.Ş. is to be punished with a 140,000 TL FINE due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and because this action was carried out for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the GUEST STAND NORTH F, NORTH G, NORTH H, NORTH N, NORTH O, NORTH P blocks who engaged in ugly and bad chanting are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest.

Although GALATASARAY A.Ş. was referred to our Board due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in the post made on the club's official social media (X) account on 25.12.2023, it has been decided that THERE IS NO NEED TO IMPOSE A PENALTY as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed.

GALATASARAY A.Ş. is to be punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/3 of the FDT and the application of Article 13 of the FDT due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in the statements of a club executive published on the club's official YouTube account.

Although GALATASARAY A.Ş. President DURSUN AYDIN ÖZBEK was referred to our Board due to statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials contained in the post made on the club's official social media (X) account on 25.12.2023, it has been decided that THERE IS NO NEED TO IMPOSE A PENALTY as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed.

GALATASARAY A.Ş. executive ERDEN TİMUR is to be punished with a 200,000 TL FINE in accordance with Article 38/2 of the FDT and the application of Article 13 of the FDT due to his statements regarding the Referee and Other Match Officials made to the media on 25.12.2023 and published on the club's official YouTube account, and it has been decided to refer him to the PFDK.
