PFDK decisions announced

The decisions taken by the PFDK are as follows:

"1- Atakaş Hatayspor Club was fined 360,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/1 of the FDT (Football Disciplinary Instructions) due to the unauthorized admission of spectators to the stadium during the Atakaş Hatayspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 17.01.2025,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club was fined 90,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear,

2- Galatasaray was fined 495,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear during the Atakaş Hatayspor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 17.01.2025, and because this action was committed for the 8th time in the same season, (by majority vote)

In the same match, Galatasaray was fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans,

Although a referral was made to our committee regarding Galatasaray due to statements published on the club's official social media account (X) on 18.01.2025, which were aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions, it was decided that there was no need to impose a penalty as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not met,

3- Başakşehir administrator Mesut Altan was fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with instructions due to being in areas where he was not accredited during the Başakşehir-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 18.01.2025,

In the same match, Başakşehir administrator Tayfun Yağız Semiz was issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with instructions due to being in areas where he was not accredited,

4- Beşiktaş was fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Samsunspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 18.01.2025,

5- Samsunspor Club was fined 120,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Samsunspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 18.01.2025, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic ticket cards of the spectators located in the Spor Toto guest stand block 404, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, were blocked to prevent their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

6- Adana Demirspor was fined 180,000 TL in total, by discretion and application of Article 13 of the FDT, in accordance with Article 49/1 of the FDT due to the unauthorized admission of spectators to the stadium during the Adana Demirspor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 19.01.2025, (by majority vote)

In the same match, Adana Demirspor athlete Yusuf Barası was suspended for 2 official matches in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to a serious foul against an opposing team athlete,

7- Fenerbahçe was fined 750,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Adana Demirspor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 19.01.2025, and because this action was committed for the 9th time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic ticket cards of the spectators located in the guest stand blocks 201-202-234-235, who engaged in ugly and bad chanting, were blocked to prevent their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

In the same match, Fenerbahçe was fined 225,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear, and because this action was committed for the 3rd time in the same season, (by majority vote)

In the same match, Fenerbahçe was fined 336,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans,

8- It was decided that Trabzonspor fans who engaged in ugly and bad chanting during the Trabzonspor-Sivasspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 20.01.2025, located in the north goal behind lower stand block J and south goal behind lower stand block J, will have their electronic ticket cards blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT to prevent their entry to the next match where the club is the host."
