PFDK hands Ousseynou Ba a 3-match ban

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

"1- Kasımpaşa is fined 300,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT) due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Kasımpaşa-Eyüpspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.12.2024, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in a match where it was the home club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the closed block E behind the goal, where the ugly and bad chants took place, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

2- Eyüpspor Club is issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Kasımpaşa-Eyüpspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.12.2024, and because this action was committed for the first time in a match where it was the visiting club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the closed block G behind the goal in the visiting section, where the ugly and bad chants took place, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

3- Bodrum FK is issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions, as the grass field supervisor did not attend the stadium inspection and the match organization security and coordination meeting during the Bodrum FK-Sivasspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 13.12.2024,

4- Atakaş Hatayspor administrator Mehmet Reşat Akpınar is issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited during the halftime of the Atakaş Hatayspor-Göztepe Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 15.12.2024,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor administrator Mehmet Reşat Akpınar is fined 29,250 TL in accordance with Articles 36/2 and 35/4 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club administrator Mahmut Doğuş Aslan is issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited during the halftime of the match,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club administrator Mahmut Doğuş Aslan is fined 29,250 TL in accordance with Articles 36/2 and 35/4 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club official İlyas Bayraktar is issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for being in areas where he was not accredited during the halftime of the match,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club official İlyas Bayraktar is fined 29,250 TL in accordance with Articles 36/2 and 35/4 of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club coach Ayhan Tenbeloğlu is banned from entering the locker room and the substitute bench for 1 official match and fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

In the same match, Atakaş Hatayspor Club official Emre Aslan is banned from entering the locker room and the substitute bench for 1 official match and fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

5- Fenerbahçe is fined 300,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Fenerbahçe-RAMS Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 15.12.2024, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in a match where it was the home club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the north stand blocks D-E-L-N and Spor Toto stand blocks C-D-E-F-L-M-N, where the ugly and bad chants took place, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the host,

6- RAMS Başakşehir is fined 47,250 TL in accordance with Article 40/2 of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct as a team during the Fenerbahçe-RAMS Başakşehir Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 15.12.2024,

In the same match, RAMS Başakşehir athlete Ousseynou Ba is suspended for 3 official matches and fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 43 and 35/4 of the FDT due to his violent conduct towards an opposing team athlete,

7- Adana Demirspor is prohibited from entering the next home match by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the lower north stand behind the goal block 110 and the lower marathon stand block 118, where the ugly and bad chants took place, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Adana Demirspor-Beşiktaş Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 16.12.2024,

In the same match, Adana Demirspor is fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans,

8- Beşiktaş is fined 570,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Adana Demirspor-Beşiktaş Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 16.12.2024, and because this action was committed for the 7th time in a match where it was the visiting club within the same season; in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the visiting stand block 234, where the ugly and bad chants took place, are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest,

9- Galatasaray is prohibited from entering the next home match by blocking the electronic tickets of the spectators located in the North Stand blocks 105-106-107, where the ugly and bad chants took place, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Galatasaray-Trabzonspor Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 16.12.2024,

In the same match, Galatasaray is fined 427,500 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT because the stairwells were not kept clear, and because this action was committed for the 6th time within the same season,

In the same match, Galatasaray is issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with the sports equipment instructions,

Galatasaray administrator Metin Öztürk is fined 75,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-a of the FDT and by applying Article 13 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike statements made to the media after the match,

10- It has been decided that Trabzonspor be fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Galatasaray-Trabzonspor A.Ş. Trendyol Super League Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 16.12.2024."
