The Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) met today.

PENALTIES FOR MANY CLUBS

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

• ''Adana Demirspor is to be fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Adana Demirspor - Konyaspor Trendyol Super League match played on 28.10.2023,
  
• MKE Ankaragücü Club is to be issued a warning for non-compliance with instructions due to failure to act in accordance with the timeline during the MKE Ankaragücü-Yılport Samsunspor Trendyol Super League match played on 29.10.2023,
  
• Kayserispor Club coach Oğuzhan Arslan is to be issued a warning for non-compliance with instructions due to entering the green pitch area without accreditation after the match during the Hatayspor-Kayserispor Trendyol Super League match played on 27.10.2023,
  In the same match, Kayserispor Club coach Oğuzhan Arslan is to be banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 2 official matches and fined 39,000 TL due to his insult towards the opposing team's fans,
  
• Pendikspor is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the open E block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, preventing their entry to the next home match, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Pendikspor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League match played on 29.10.2023,
  In the same match, it is to be fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by Pendikspor fans,
  In the same match, Pendikspor is to be issued a warning due to actions contrary to Article 7/1 of the Super League and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions,
  In the same match, Pendikspor athlete Erdem Canpolat is to be fined 39,000 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct,
  
• Regarding Fenerbahçe Technical Manager İsmail Kartal, although a referral was made to our Committee regarding his statements about the Referee and Other Match Officials during the Pendikspor-Fenerbahçe Trendyol Super League match played on 29.10.2023, it has been decided that there is no ground for a penalty as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed,
  
• Beşiktaş is to be fined 112,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Beşiktaş-Gaziantep FK A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 30.10.2023,
  Regarding Beşiktaş, although a referral was made to our committee due to unsportsmanlike conduct and statements about the Referee and Other Match Officials in the statement published on the club's official website after the match, it has been decided that there is no ground for a penalty as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed,
  Regarding Beşiktaş administrator Emre Kocadağ, although a referral was made to our committee due to unsportsmanlike conduct and statements about the Referee and Other Match Officials in the statements published on the club's official website after the match, it has been decided that there is no ground for a penalty as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not formed,

• Galatasaray is to be fined 80,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Çaykur Rizespor-Galatasaray Trendyol Super League match played on 28.10.2023, and because this action was committed for the 2nd time in the same season in a match where it was the guest club, and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the guest stand who engaged in ugly and bad chants are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where it is the guest club,

• Tuzlaspor is to be fined 56,000 TL due to non-compliance with instructions because the seats in the stadium were not numbered during the Tuzlaspor-Erzurumspor FK Trendyol 1st League match played on 28.10.2023,
  In the same match, Tuzlaspor is to be issued a warning due to non-compliance with instructions because the field was watered without the request of the guest team and the permission of the TFF Representative,
  
• Boluspor Club is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the marathon C block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, preventing their entry to the next home match, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Boluspor-Bodrum FK Trendyol 1st League match played on 28.10.2023,
  
• Göztepe is to be banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 19,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee in the Trendyol 1st League match,
  Göztepe official Nurseli Yıldız is to be banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 19,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee during the Ankara Keçiörengücü-Göztepe Trendyol 1st League match played on 28.10.2023,
  
• Altay Club is to have the electronic tickets of spectators in the marathon upper D block, who engaged in ugly and bad chants, blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, preventing their entry to the next home match, due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Altay-Sakaryaspor Trendyol 1st League match played on 29.10.2023,
  In the same match, Altay Club is to be fined 56,000 TL due to field incidents caused by its fans,
  
• Sakaryaspor Coach Tuncay Şanlı is to be banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 19,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee during the Altay-Sakaryaspor Trendyol 1st League match played on 29.10.2023,
• Eyüpspor Club is to be fined 70,000 TL due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans during the Eyüpspor-Bandırmaspor Trendyol 1st League match played on 29.10.2023, and because this action was committed for the 3rd time in the same season in a match where it was the home club, and in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of spectators in the west stand F block who engaged in ugly and bad chants are to be blocked, preventing their entry to the next match where it is the home club, In the same match, Eyüpspor Club is to be fined 56,000 TL due to non-compliance with instructions because the field was watered without the guest team's request, In the same match, Eyüpspor Club coach Arda Turan is to be fined 39,000 TL due to non-compliance with instructions because he did not wear his accreditation card visibly around his neck, In the same match, Eyüpspor Club coach Atila Gerin is to be banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 19,500 TL due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee it was decided."
