PFDK referrals announced!

Fenerbahçe and the club's general secretary Burak Çağlan Kızılhan have been referred to the PFDK.

THE STATEMENTS MADE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

"It has been decided to refer FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chants" during the FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.-EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Trendyol Super League match played on 04.12.2023, in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "statements regarding the referee and other match officials" included in the statements published on the club's official website on 03.12.2023, and in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "unsportsmanlike conduct,"

It has been decided to refer FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. Club administrator BURAK ÇAĞLAN KIZILHAN to the PFDK without precaution in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "statements regarding the referee and other match officials" included in the statements published on the club's official website on 03.12.2023, and in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "unsportsmanlike conduct."

BEŞİKTAŞ AND TRABZONSPOR

In addition to Fenerbahçe and its executive Burak Kızılhan, Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor have also been referred to the PFDK.

"It has been decided to refer BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chants" during the MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ-BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. Trendyol Super League match played on 03.12.2023, in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "field incidents," and in accordance with Article 49 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "failure to keep stairwells clear."

"It has been decided to refer TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 5/7 of the 2023-2024 Season Super League Competition Statute due to "conduct contrary to instructions" during the TRABZONSPOR A.Ş.-MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Trendyol Super League match played on 03.12.2023."
