PFDK referrals for the Fenerbahçe - Galatasaray derby announced

The referral reports made by the TFF Legal Consultancy to the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) today are as follows:

"1- It has been decided to refer Trabzonspor Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "ugly and bad chants" and in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "field incidents" during the Trabzonspor - Bodrum FK Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 02.04.2025.

2- It has been decided to refer Fenerbahçe Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "ugly and bad chants", in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "field incidents", in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, Article 22/1 of the Sports Equipment Instructions, and Articles 13 and 14 of the Broadcasting Instructions for "actions contrary to instructions", and in accordance with Article 40 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "team-wide unsportsmanlike conduct due to 5 of its players receiving yellow cards and 2 players receiving red cards" during the Fenerbahçe - Galatasaray Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 02.04.2025,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club Manager Jose Mourinho to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 44 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "assault" in the same match,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club player Fred to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "insult" in the same match,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club administrator Mario Branco to the PFDK without a precautionary measure in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 7/1 of the Accreditation Instructions for his "action contrary to instructions" in the same match,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club player Mert Hakan Yandaş to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 44 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "assault" in the same match,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club goalkeeper coach Sandro Zufic to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 36 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "unsportsmanlike conduct" in the same match,

To refer Fenerbahçe Club coach Salvatore Foti to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "insult" in the same match.

3- It has been decided to refer Galatasaray Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "ugly and bad chants", in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "field incidents", and in accordance with Article 40 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "team-wide unsportsmanlike conduct due to 4 of its players receiving yellow cards and 2 players receiving red cards" during the Fenerbahçe - Galatasaray Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 02.04.2025,

To refer Galatasaray Club player Barış Alper Yılmaz to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 44 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "assault" in the same match,

To refer Galatasaray Club player Kerem Demirbay to the PFDK with a precautionary measure as of 03.04.2025 in accordance with Article 44 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for his "assault" in the same match.

4- It has been decided to refer Beşiktaş Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "field incidents" during the Beşiktaş - Göztepe Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 03.04.2025, and in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football" due to the publication of post-match statements by Board Member Orhan Özalp on the club's official website,

To refer Beşiktaş Club administrator Orhan Özalp to the PFDK without a precautionary measure in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football" contained in his statements made on the club's official website after the match.

5- It has been decided to refer Göztepe Club to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions for "ugly and bad chants" during the Beşiktaş - Göztepe Ziraat Turkish Cup match played on 03.04.2025."
