PFDK sanctions Ali Koç and Dursun Özbek

The decisions taken by the PFDK following today's meeting are as follows:

"1- Galatasaray administrator Metin Öztürk has been sentenced to a 23-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 750,000 TL for statements made in a post-match interview that were deemed to damage the reputation of football, in accordance with Article 38/1-a and Article 13 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions (FDT), taking into account the systematic nature of these statements which create an environment of distrust in the football climate, despite the fact that there was no match between the club the individual belongs to and the club against which the statements were made, (by majority vote)

2- Fenerbahçe has been fined 2,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-b of the FDT for statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 26.01.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Fenerbahçe President Yıldırım Ali Koç has been sentenced to a 45-day ban from football-related activities in accordance with Articles 38/3 and 38/1-a of the FDT for statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 26.01.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

3- Regarding the Atakaş Hatayspor Club, no penalty was imposed as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not met regarding the statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 27.01.2025.

Regarding Atakaş Hatayspor Club President Hikmet Çinçin, no penalty was imposed as the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation were not met regarding the statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 27.01.2025.

4- Sivasspor player Murat Paluli has been suspended for 2 official matches in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to a serious foul against an opposing player during the Eyüpspor-Sivasspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 31.01.2025,

5- Kayserispor Club has been fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the schedule during the Kayserispor-Trabzonspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 01.02.2025,

In the same match, Kayserispor Club has been fined 150,000 TL in accordance with Article 8/13 of the Süper Lig and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions for actions contrary to Article 8/9 of the same instructions,

In the same match, Kayserispor coach Muhammed Türkmen has been banned from entering the locker room and the bench for 1 official match and fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT for unsportsmanlike conduct,

6- Trabzonspor has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the schedule during the Kayserispor-Trabzonspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 01.02.2025,

In the same match, Trabzonspor has been fined 480,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans, and as this is the 6th occurrence in the same season during away matches, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the guest south upper A and B blocks have been blocked, preventing their entry to the next away match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,

7- Adana Demirspor has been fined 525,000 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans, and as this is the 3rd occurrence in the same season during home matches, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the north goal behind lower stand block 110 have been blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,

In the same match, Adana Demirspor has been fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans,

8- Göztepe has been fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Göztepe-Corendon Alanyaspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 02.02.2025, and in accordance with Article 52/3 of the FDT, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the south stand 219 and VIP stand west 200 VIP blocks have been blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match,

9- Regarding Fenerbahçe, during the Fenerbahçe-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 02.02.2025, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the Spor Toto stand E-F, north stand E-F-L-M, and marathon upper stand G blocks have been blocked in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans, preventing their entry to the next home match,

10- Çaykur Rizespor has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the schedule during the Fenerbahçe-Çaykur Rizespor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 02.02.2025,

Çaykur Rizespor has been fined 1,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-b and Article 13 of the FDT for statements made by club presidents on the club's social media (X) account on 03.02.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Çaykur Rizespor President İbrahim Turgut has been sentenced to a 23-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 750,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-a and Article 13 of the FDT for statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 03.02.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Çaykur Rizespor player Rachid Ghezzal has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the Süper Lig and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions,

Çaykur Rizespor player Rachid Ghezzal has been suspended for 1 official match and fined 58,500 TL in accordance with Articles 36/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match referee,

Çaykur Rizespor player Olasunkanmi Ibrahim Olawoyin has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the Süper Lig and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions,

Çaykur Rizespor official Burak Bakır has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for being on the pitch without accreditation,

In the same match, Çaykur Rizespor official Burak Bakır has been sentenced to a 21-day ban from football-related activities in accordance with Article 41/1-c of the FDT for insulting the match referee,

11- Gaziantep Football Club has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants by its fans during the Gaziantep Football Club-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 03.02.2025, and as this is the first occurrence in the same season during home matches, the electronic tickets of the spectators in the south goal behind lower stand C-D-E and marathon lower stand D-E-F-G blocks have been blocked, preventing their entry to the next home match, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT,

In the same match, Gaziantep Football Club has been issued a warning in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT for non-compliance with the sports equipment instructions,

In the same match, Gaziantep Football Club has been fined 90,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear,

12- Galatasaray has been fined 168,000 TL in accordance with Articles 52/2 and 46/1 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans during the Gaziantep Football Club-Galatasaray Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 03.02.2025,

In the same match, Galatasaray has been fined 495,000 TL in accordance with Article 49/3 of the FDT for failing to keep stairwells clear, and as this is the 9th occurrence in the same season, (by majority vote)

Galatasaray has been fined 2,000,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-b of the FDT for statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 02.02.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Galatasaray President Dursun Aydın Özbek has been sentenced to a 45-day ban from football-related activities in accordance with Articles 38/3 and 38/1-a of the FDT for statements made on the club's social media (X) account on 02.02.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote)

Galatasaray administrator İbrahim Hatipoğlu has been sentenced to a 23-day ban from football-related activities and a fine of 750,000 TL in accordance with Article 38/1-a and Article 13 of the FDT for statements made to the media on 02.02.2025, which were deemed to damage the reputation of football and institutions, (by majority vote) it was decided."
