Portuguese referee to officiate Fenerbahçe vs. Aston Villa match
The officiating team for the UEFA Europa League match between Fenerbahçe and Aston Villa has been announced.
The yellow-navy blue team will face English side Aston Villa in an important week of the UEFA Europa League. The match, which will be hosted at Chobani Stadium on the evening of January 22 at 20:45, will be officiated by Luis Godinho from the Portuguese Football Federation.
Rui Teixeira and Pedro Almeida will serve as assistant referees alongside Godinho. The fourth official for the match has been designated as Fabio Verissimo.
Ahead of the match, Fenerbahçe sits in 12th place in the group table with 11 points, while Aston Villa maintains its position in 3rd place with 15 points.
