Release for 2 attackers arrested after the incident-filled Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match!

A decision has been made to release 2 of the 4 individuals arrested in connection with the incidents that occurred after the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match.

Following the match played on Sunday, March 17, in the Trendyol Super League, Hasan Ç., Engin T., Kadir O., and Oğuzhan B. were taken into custody and subsequently arrested by the 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace on March 20. After their lawyers' requests for release were rejected by the Trabzon 2nd Criminal Judgeship of Peace, the prosecutor's office filed an objection.

Evaluating the objection, the Trabzon Duty 5th Criminal Court of First Instance decided to release detainees Hasan Ç. and Kadir O., while ruling for the continued detention of the others.

Thirteen suspects detained regarding the incidents following the Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match had been referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. Five suspects, including Hasan Ç., who was the first masked individual to jump onto the pitch after the match, and Engin T., who ran toward the players with a corner flag, were arrested by the judgeship on March 20, while 8 suspects were released under judicial control conditions. It had previously been decided on March 26 to release one of the detained fans, Mahmut Halil K., due to his health condition.
