Sadettin Saran reaches agreement with German giant's striker before leaving!
As excitement for the presidential elections grips Fenerbahçe, current president Sadettin Saran has reached a principle agreement with Borussia Dortmund forward Serhou Guirassy. The final decision on the transfer has been left to the new management.
Significant developments are taking place on the transfer front ahead of the upcoming extraordinary general assembly with elections at Fenerbahçe. While presidential candidates Aziz Yıldırım and Hakan Safi continue to announce their plans for the club ahead of the elections to be held on June 6-7, a striking move has come from current president Sadettin Saran.
According to a report by TRT Spor, it has been learned that Sadettin Saran held direct talks with Borussia Dortmund's Guinean striker Serhou Guirassy and reached a principle agreement with the player. Guirassy's representative stated that the German club would be open to facilitating the player's transfer.

It was stated that Borussia Dortmund, which had a transfer fee demand of 35 million Euros during the last winter transfer window, has reduced the figure to the 25 million Euro level as the new period begins. Following the elections, the Fenerbahçe management will hand over the details and developments regarding this transfer to the new administration.
This season, Guirassy contributed 21 goals and 6 assists in 45 matches played in a Borussia Dortmund jersey. Whether the transfer of the Guinean forward will be realized will become clear depending on the new management.
