Scandalous gesture from Legia Warsaw captain towards Zeki Yavru!

In the first week of the UEFA Conference League, Samsunspor visited one of Poland's strong teams, Legia Warsaw. The match began at 22:00 at the Marshall Jozef Pilsudski Stadium and was officiated by Jeremie Pignard from the French Football Federation.

Samsunspor took a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute of the match with a goal by Anthony Musaba. This score did not change until the end of the match, and Samsunspor managed to leave the away game with 3 points.

However, an incident in the final moments of the match overshadowed the game. Samsunspor player Zeki Yavru fell to the ground injured in the 90th minute. At that moment, Legia Warsaw captain Artur Jedrzejczyk tried to drag Yavru off the pitch by his legs. This action drew significant backlash both on the field and on social media.

In a statement following the incident, the Legia Warsaw club condemned their captain's behavior, stating, "We stand against all forms of disrespectful and provocative behavior on and off the pitch."
