Statement from Ankaragücü: We want justice!
Ankaragücü club issued a statement on its social media account ahead of the Turkish Cup match it will play against Fenerbahçe.
A statement has been released by Ankaragücü, which will face Fenerbahçe in the Ziraat Turkish Cup quarterfinals.
The statement said, "Turkish football continues to become even more chaotic with the scandalous errors made in every match."
The following expressions were used in the continuation of the statement:
"We do not remember a period in our football where such an erosion of trust was experienced at this level. The refereeing errors made in recent days, especially against Anatolian clubs, have forced us to make this statement.
To those who govern football; we remind you once again that Turkish football does not consist of just a few teams, and that every club is very valuable and has the right to compete under equal conditions. As the team of the 114-year-old İmalat-ı Harbiye, we do not want privileges; we want JUSTICE for every club, in every match."
