The statement released on the black-and-white club's official website included the following:
"While it is extremely natural for some news to appear in the media due to the transfer season, none of the claims put forward on social media today, even before the transfer window has officially opened, reflect the truth. These are completely imaginary, misleading, and baseless reports intended solely for engagement. Beşiktaş fans will learn the accurate news from the official channels of the Beşiktaş Club.
We strongly remind our fans to follow our official channels and not to give credence to such reports circulating on social media that are clearly fabricated, speculative, push the boundaries of logic, and create a negative perception.
Our preparations for the new season's squad are being carried out with care as planned."
