Statement from Fenerbahçe regarding 'Mehmet Büyükekşi'!

It has been announced that the remarks allegedly made by Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç toward Turkish Football Federation President Mehmet Büyükekşi are not true.

The statement made on the official website of the Yellow-Navy club is as follows:

"The news report circulated using the name of our President, Mr. Ali Y. Koç,

which contains certain expressions allegedly directed at TFF President Mr. Büyükekşi, is completely false.

We kindly request the public to disregard this baseless, unserious, and malicious news report containing statements that are not true."

WHAT HAPPENED?

It had been claimed that Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç had intimidated TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi to force his resignation.

In the message Koç allegedly sent to Büyükekşi: "Tell those who are trying to keep you in that seat. If you do not resign and leave, I will be a candidate on July 18. I will personally remove you from that seat." it was alleged that he said.
