Statement from Fenerbahçe regarding the July 3 case!

Following claims in the press regarding the July 3 case filed by Fenerbahçe against the Ministry of Interior, which suggested that the club's compensation claim had been rejected, Fenerbahçe Board Member Ali Alper Alpoğlu issued a statement. Alpoğlu stated that these claims do not reflect the truth.

Alpoğlu said, "We are facing new perception operations regarding the outcome of the lawsuit we filed for the compensation of damages we suffered due to the July 3 conspiracy. The compensation lawsuit we filed has absolutely not been rejected."

Stating that the third hearing of the case was held at the Anatolian 6th High Criminal Court, Alpoğlu explained that the case was originally filed as a full judgment action in the Administrative Court in 2021 and was sent to the High Criminal Court due to a lack of jurisdiction. He announced that while the court initially deemed itself authorized in the first hearing, it decided by majority vote in the last hearing that it did not have jurisdiction and ruled for the file to be sent to the Court of Jurisdictional Disputes.

Fenerbahçe Sports Club emphasized that it will follow all of its legal cases to the end.
