Statement from Trabzonspor regarding loaned player
Trabzonspor has announced that defender Rayyan Baniya has been transferred to the Italian club Palermo on loan.
Trabzonspor, in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), said, "An agreement has been reached for the temporary transfer of our professional footballer Rayyan Baniya to Palermo FC with an option to buy.
According to the agreement, Palermo FC will pay our Club 450 thousand Euros as a loan fee. In the event that the purchase option is exercised, Palermo FC will pay our Club a permanent transfer fee of 3 million 200 thousand Euros.
Furthermore, Palermo FC will pay our Club 200 thousand Euros as a conditional bonus, and in the event that the player is transferred to another club after the purchase option is exercised, they will pay 5 percent of the net transfer fee obtained," it was stated.
