Statement on 'head coach' from Beşiktaş Club President Hasan Arat

Hasan Arat made statements to members of the press at the Süleyman Seba Sports Hall before the second leg of the Wheelchair Basketball Super League final series played against Fenerbahçe Göksel Çelik.

Stating that they are focused on the Atakaş Hatayspor match, Arat said, "We have 3 very important matches left in the league and the cup. They are all of equal value. We want to get through today well and head to the final on Thursday with high morale. I think the final we will play against Trabzonspor will take place in a festive atmosphere.

Our tickets sold out in 4 minutes. Our team and our fans are ready for the match. We want to win. I hope there will be no injuries. These 3 matches are very critical for us. We can talk about other things after these 3 matches." he said.

Regarding the search for a head coach, Hasan Arat said, "We are constantly talking to everyone. We will share this after the 3 matches. This is not a secret. We are trying to do what is best for Beşiktaş. Our current goal is the matches in the league and the cup final.

Let us achieve this goal first, then our decisions can be more sound. The strength of a Beşiktaş that participates in European cups will be in a different position. We will evaluate every kind of alternative. The Beşiktaş management will make the decision on the head coach. We have 1 more match after the cup match.
