TFF makes a decision on clubs' foreign player rule application!

In their recent meetings, Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş, Trabzonspor, and some other Süper Lig clubs had requested that the current 12+2 foreign player rule be changed to 12+2+2. However, some clubs opposed this change due to the fact that the season has already begun.

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) evaluated this request at a meeting held in Riva and decided not to make any changes to the rule, citing that the leagues have already started.

On the other hand, it was stated that the issue would be re-evaluated at the meeting to be held by the Union of Clubs today and that a different solution proposal might be brought to the agenda.
