TFF imposes betting bans on 314 coaches
A total of 314 coaches working in professional leagues outside the Süper Lig have been handed bans ranging from 45 days to 12 months due to betting activities.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) has imposed bans ranging from 45 days to 12 months on 314 coaches as part of a betting investigation.
In a statement released by the TFF, it was noted that the coaches, who have worked in professional leagues outside the Süper Lig over the past 5 years, were penalized due to their involvement in betting activities.
DISTRIBUTION OF PENALTIES:
The PFDK decided not to impose penalties on 11 of the 314 coaches involved in betting activities, while it was noted that the file of one coach remains under review. The 314 coaches who were penalized received bans ranging from 45 days to 12 months.
REVIEW AND ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES CONTINUE
Furthermore, it was stated that the file of one coach is currently in the process of review and administrative measures. It was expressed that this process is ongoing and will be concluded.
