Thanks to Erdoğan from Trabzonspor

Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan has thanked AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for his support for the club and the city.

In a statement on the club's website, Doğan said, "We extend our most sincere gratitude to our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, for his valuable support for our club and our city."

Stating that the allocation of the 177 thousand square meter land in Akyazı to their club for one of the projects that will leave a mark on the future of Trabzonspor will carry them toward a happy future much more strongly, Doğan remarked, "Furthermore, the allocation of the commercial units and sections within the Trabzonspor Şenol Güneş Sports Complex Papara Park to our club will enable us to quickly implement major revenue-generating projects."

Emphasizing that they can now take swift action for collaborations with brands they had previously begun discussions with, Doğan noted the following:

"As the Trabzonspor community, we are aware of the value these important steps will add to our club and to Turkish football. Thanks to this trust and support placed in us, we are determined to continue increasing our contributions to both our city and our national football with each passing day. On this occasion, we would like to express our gratitude once again to our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as well as to our Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, our Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, our Minister of Transport Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, our Trabzon deputies Adil Karaismailoğlu, Mustafa Şen, Vehbi Koç, and Yılmaz Büyükaydın, and our Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Metin Genç."
