The striking detail in Okan Buruk's new contract

The contract of manager Okan Buruk, who has led Galatasaray to the championship in the last three seasons, has been updated by the club management. With the new arrangement, Buruk's annual guaranteed salary has been increased from 140 million TL to 200 million TL.

The yellow-red management has established a success-oriented bonus system in the new agreement made with the experienced manager. According to club sources, the changes in the contract were created to cover both Süper Lig and European goals.

SÜPER LİG AND EUROPEAN BONUSES DETERMINED

According to the report in the Sabah newspaper, the Galatasaray management added a special clause to Buruk's contract in line with the goal of a "4th consecutive championship".

Accordingly, if Galatasaray reaches the championship for the 4th time in a row in the Süper Lig, a special bonus of 30 million TL will be paid to Okan Buruk.

In addition, if the team advances to the quarter-finals in the UEFA Champions League, the experienced manager will also earn a 30 million TL bonus.

The contract includes not only league and European successes but also the Turkish Cup and TFF Super Cup organizations.

Within the scope of the agreement, it was stated that Okan Buruk will receive an additional payment of 7.5 million TL if he wins the Turkish Cup, and 10 million TL if he wins the TFF Super Cup.
