Three names emerge for the Fenerbahçe presidency

Fenerbahçe has announced that the highly anticipated extraordinary elective general assembly will be held on June 6-7. The announcement made by the club management stated that the congress process will officially begin.

Potential names for the presidency have also come to the fore. Sadettin Saran, whose name has been mentioned frequently in recent days, stated in his announcement, "My colleagues and I will continue to be a part of a stance that supports our club and moves it forward even after handing over this duty," and firmly declared that he would not be a candidate.

On the other hand, activity continues among those expected to vie for the presidential seat. So far, Hakan Safi and Barış Göktürk are among those who have announced their presidential candidacies.

These two individuals are continuing their preparations to shape the future of the club.

It is considered certain that experienced executive Mehmet Ali Aydınlar will also join the race within the club community. Aydınlar, who has previously held high-level positions such as board member and president at the Turkish Football Federation, is expected to officially announce his candidacy. Mehmet Ali Aydınlar last ran against Aziz Yıldırım for the presidency at the Fenerbahçe congress held in 2013.
