Trabzonspor reacts to referee decisions

Trabzonspor Club issued a statement reacting to the refereeing following their Turkish Cup match against Başakşehir.

Here is Trabzonspor's statement;

"As Trabzonspor, we have clearly shared our views regarding referees with the public in matches where we both won and lost points.

'CERTAIN CLUBS'

Referees who look at the screen in the VAR room with a magnifying glass during the matches of certain clubs, and who 'split hairs' to create their own justifications just to please certain circles, cannot see, hear, or know anything when it comes to Trabzonspor and Anatolian teams.

Trabzonspor will stand tall against injustice today, just as it did yesterday, and will continue to defend the rights of the rightful to the end.

'TURKISH FOOTBALL WILL WITHER'

Matches are won and lost. Cups are won, championships are missed… However, if you manage the efforts of clubs, the passion of millions of fans, and a brand value worth billions of liras this poorly, Trabzonspor will remain standing as it did tonight, but Turkish football will wither and disappear.
