Trabzonspor records lowest point total since championship season
Trabzonspor has experienced its lowest point total in the first 9 weeks of the season since its championship-winning 2021-2022 campaign in the Trendyol Super League.
Trabzonspor, which began the 2024-2025 Super League season under the management of Abdullah Avcı and subsequently continued with Şenol Güneş, is displaying a performance far below expectations. When comparing the performances of the first 9 weeks since their championship season in 2021-2022, the burgundy-blues have achieved their lowest point total this season.
The Black Sea representative, which sat in the leader's seat by collecting 21 points in the first 9 matches of the 2021-2022 season, went on to reach the championship at the end of that season. However, after dropping to 7th place with 17 points in the 2022-2023 season and 5th place with 15 points in the 2023-2024 season, Trabzonspor has found itself in 9th place this season, having collected only 12 points.
