Trabzonspor's official debt announced!

Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan made statements at a press conference held at Papara Park.

President Doğan spoke about the club's total debt.

President Ertuğrul Doğan said the following regarding the exit from the Banks Association: "Our exit from the Banks Association is a very important step for Trabzonspor. Economically, Trabzonspor will perform a similar revolution to the one it achieved in football. It was extremely important for our financial structure. We have gotten rid of an interest burden of approximately 700-750 million annually."

"Our club's main problem is the difficulty in the income-expenditure balance. We met with our former executive elders yesterday as well. Trabzonspor must urgently increase its annual income with projects it will develop. Otherwise, let's say we have realized our plans, let's say we have made Trabzonspor debt-free next year, not much will change. Trabzonspor must increase its income. Let's say we zeroed out our debt next year; if we stop after that, Trabzonspor will return to the same situation again over the years, this is very clear. Trabzonspor needs to increase its income-generating items. We have a serious plan regarding these."
