Trabzonspor's slump continues
After parting ways with manager Abdullah Avcı, Trabzonspor played to a goalless draw away against Eyüpspor in their first match in the Süper Lig.
Having parted ways with manager Abdullah Avcı, Trabzonspor faced Eyüpspor away in the 4th week of the Süper Lig. The match, played at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium, ended in a 0-0 draw.
Trabzonspor, which also drew goalless in its first match of the season in the Süper Lig, recorded the same score against Eyüpspor. The burgundy-blues have yet to see a win in the league and sit in 15th place with 2 points. Meanwhile, Eyüpspor, which has risen to 8 points, moved up to 3rd place with a game in hand.

SAVIC REMOVED FROM SQUAD
An unfortunate development occurred for Trabzonspor before the match. Savic, who felt tightness in his right upper muscle during warm-ups, was removed from the squad due to the risk of injury. The technical staff included Lundstram in the starting 11 in place of Savic. Additionally, Ali Şahin Yılmaz was added to the substitute bench.
ENİS DESTAN INJURED
In the 90th minute of the match, Trabzonspor's young forward Enis Destan was injured after falling on his shoulder during a challenge with goalkeeper Berke Özer. Enis could not continue the game and was replaced by new signing Muhammed Cham.
As Trabzonspor continues its search for a win in its next league match, the status of the team's injured players remains on the agenda of the technical staff.
