Due to the current security situation in Israel, all matches scheduled to be held in the country in the coming weeks have been postponed.

In a statement regarding the matter, UEFA stated, “In light of the current security situation in Israel, UEFA has decided to postpone all matches scheduled to take place in Israel in the coming weeks, with new dates to be confirmed in due course.”

Accordingly, a decision has been made to postpone matches that were supposed to be played in Israel until October 17 to a later date.

DECISION REGARDING KOSOVO-ISRAEL MATCH TO BE MADE WITHIN A FEW DAYS

Meanwhile, the statement provided the information that, “UEFA has reserved a few more days to assess whether the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier between Kosovo and Israel can be played on its originally scheduled date of October 15 or whether it needs to be postponed.”

It was stated that UEFA will continue to monitor the situation closely and will remain in contact with all teams involved before making decisions regarding new dates and potential changes to other upcoming fixtures.

The matches that were scheduled to be played in Israel but have been postponed are as follows:

UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers:

October 12: Israel-Switzerland

2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship:

October 12: Israel-Estonia

October 17: Israel-Germany

2024 UEFA European Under-17 Championship:

October 11-October 17: Mini-tournament featuring Israel, Belgium, Gibraltar, and Wales
