UEFA fines Fenerbahçe, hands ban to İsmail Kartal!
Fenerbahçe manager İsmail Kartal has been handed a one-match ban due to the delay in the start of the Conference League play-off match against Twente.
UEFA Control, following an investigation by the Ethics and Disciplinary Body, has ruled that Fenerbahçe and manager İsmail Kartal were responsible for the delayed kick-off of the Twente-Fenerbahçe match.
BAN HANDED DOWN
The experienced manager was given a one-match ban, suspended for a probationary period of 1 year.
FENERBAHÇE ALSO FINED
Due to the delayed kick-off in the same match, the club was fined 25 thousand euros, and an additional fine of 3 thousand euros was imposed under the heading of improper conduct by the team.
