WHO IS SERDAL ADALI?

Serdal Adalı was born in Adana in 1964. Known for his identity as a businessman, Adalı is also known as the 25th president of the Jockey Club of Turkey.

Born in Adana in 1964, Serdal Adalı stepped into his business life in 1984. Having to cut short his undergraduate education at the University of California due to his father's illness, Adalı founded Adalı Holding with the support of his family. The company operates in sectors such as construction, services, logistics, catering, and energy, and provides services internationally with more than 6 thousand employees.

Adalı was elected as the 25th president of the Jockey Club of Turkey at the Extraordinary Elective General Assembly held at the Veliefendi Hippodrome Honor Hall on September 21, 2012.

Serdal Adalı has served as the head of the football branch and as vice president at Beşiktaş Club. He announced his candidacy for the Beşiktaş presidency with a written statement on May 25, 2013, but lost in the presidential election on June 16, 2013. 

Following Fikret Orman's resignation in October 2019, he became a candidate for the Beşiktaş presidency again, but placed second in the election behind Ahmet Nur Çebi. Serdal Adalı is married and a father of two children.
