Referee Yasin Kol, who is preparing to officiate a major derby for the first time in his career, will manage the match between Beşiktaş and Galatasaray in the 29th week of the Trendyol Super League. Beşiktaş and Galatasaray will face each other at Tüpraş Stadium on Saturday at 20.30.
Yasin Kol will be assisted by Abdullah Bora Özkara and Samet Çiçek, while Çağdaş Altay will serve as the fourth official. Yasin Kol, a referee from the Trabzon region, will be officiating a derby for the first time in his career in this important match.
HE HAS OFFICIATED 22 MATCHES THIS SEASON
Yasin Kol has officiated 22 matches in the 2024-2025 season, including 13 in the Super League, 7 in the 1st League, and 2 in the Ziraat Turkish Cup. Kol was also assigned as an AVAR official 8 times.
The 37-year-old referee has only officiated one Galatasaray match this season, against Alanyaspor, and has not been involved in any Beşiktaş matches. The last time Yasin Kol officiated a match for the black-and-whites was on August 14, 2022, in their 3-3 draw against Alanyaspor.
