According to the information received, M.Y. fired a handgun at the business of his friend H.K., with whom he had previously argued, at the Small Industrial Site.
Citizens who heard the gunshots notified the police and medical teams.
Serdar Tokat, who was at the business at the time, lost his life at the scene after being struck by bullets.
The police took M.Y. into custody.
Following the completion of the procedures, the suspect was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the judgeship to which he was brought.
