Attempted jewelry store robbery in Başakşehir caught on camera

An attempted robbery took place at a jewelry store located in the Kayabaşı neighborhood of Istanbul's Başakşehir district. According to reports, two individuals entered the business and attempted to carry out a robbery. Upon noticing the situation, the shop owner shouted for help, causing the suspects to panic, exit the store, and flee the scene.
The incident was captured moment by moment on the business's security cameras. The footage shows the suspects entering the jewelry store and fleeing rapidly following the shop owner's reaction.
The Istanbul Police Department, which launched an investigation upon receiving the report, apprehended and detained one of the suspects as a result of their inquiries. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
