A male body, whose identity has not yet been determined, has been found in the Bosphorus.
The body, which was brought to shore by Marine Police teams and was seen to be wearing a swimsuit, is being evaluated as potentially belonging to 30-year-old Russian swimmer Nikolai Svechnikov, who went missing during the 37th Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swimming Race held in August.
Authorities reported that investigations are ongoing for identification.
