Brutality in Sivas! He strangled his mother with a bag and killed his brother with a gun

Neighbors of Ş.K. (67) and H.K. (46), who lived on the ground floor of a 4-story apartment building on Şehzade Street in the Kılavuz neighborhood of Sivas, notified the police and fire department after they were unable to reach them.

Upon entering the home through a window, fire department teams discovered the lifeless bodies of the mother and son.

Investigations revealed that the mother, Ş.K., had been strangled with a bag placed over her head in the kitchen, while her son H.K., a pharmacy technician, had been shot in the head with a gun in the hallway of the house.

Following the incident, the Homicide Bureau of the Provincial Police Department launched a comprehensive investigation and took the murder suspect, H.K.'s son H.K. (46), into custody.

It was learned that in his initial statement to the police, H.K. claimed that there was a financial dispute between him, his mother, and his twin brother, and that he committed the murders for this reason.

Meanwhile, after the crime scene investigation teams completed their work, the bodies of the mother and son were taken to the morgue of Sivas Cumhuriyet University (SCÜ) Health Services Application and Research Hospital for autopsy.
