Court accepts the report: Man who murdered his wife by slitting her throat released!

The horrific murder, which took place in the Demiroluk Plateau of the Satılar neighborhood in Aydın's Koçarlı district, occurred on August 31, 2022. 32-year-old Necla Alp, who had been married for only 2 months, was brutally murdered by her husband, Mustafa A. (33), shortly after their wedding.

The couple married on June 26, 2022. Mustafa A., who is alleged to have hidden his psychological condition during their engagement and marriage, murdered his wife Necla by slitting her throat in the second month of their marriage.

While Necla Alp was laid to rest amidst tears, the murderous husband was arrested by the court and sent to prison.

SHOCKING REPORT AND RELEASE DECISION FROM THE COURT

During the trial process, a report was prepared stating that Mustafa A., who had been in prison for approximately 3 years, was "mentally incompetent." Taking this report into account, the court ruled that the defendant lacked criminal liability.

With this scandalous decision, the court ordered the release of Mustafa A. The perpetrator of the femicide was released from prison.

Following the release decision, Mustafa A.'s father, Aziz A., made a post on his social media account that drew widespread reaction. The father, A., used the phrase, "Thank God we have attained our freedom."
