Cram school fire in Sivas: 1 teacher found dead
A teacher lost his life in a fire that broke out in a building in Sivas that also housed a cram school.
A fire broke out on the roof of a 4-story building located on Selçuklu Street in the Örtülüpınar neighborhood of Sivas, where the upper floor is used as a cram school and the lower floors as workplaces.
Those who saw the flames and smoke growing after a while notified the fire department.

Upon the report, fire, health, and police teams were dispatched to the scene.
The fire crews, who extinguished the blaze, found the lifeless body of 47-year-old mathematics teacher Cafer Başar Bulut, who owned the cram school and occasionally stayed in his office there.

Bulut's body was taken to the morgue of the Cumhuriyet University Health Services Application and Research Hospital following an examination.
The building sustained damage due to the fire, the cause of which is currently under investigation.
