Frightening fire in Sakarya! Flames illuminated the night, neighborhood residents poured into the streets
The top floor of a 3-story building in the Akyazı district of Sakarya went up in flames. The fire, which sent neighborhood residents into the streets, was brought under control and extinguished as a result of the intense efforts of firefighting teams.
The fire occurred on the top floor of a 3-story building owned by Ali Osman Ç., located on 8025th Street in the Ömercikler neighborhood of Sakarya's Akyazı district. According to the information obtained, a fire broke out for an unknown reason in the house where foreign nationals were staying.

The flames, which grew in a short time and practically illuminated the night, engulfed the house and the roof section. Upon notification of the fire, which sent neighborhood residents into the streets, numerous fire, health, and police teams were dispatched to the region.

With the intense efforts of the firefighting teams that reached the address, the fire was brought under control and extinguished.
The Sakarya Search and Rescue and Fire Team (SAKTİM) also supported the extinguishing efforts. Meanwhile, police teams took extensive security measures in the surrounding area.

While the house became unusable after the fire, damage also occurred to the building.
On the other hand, it was learned that the house, where 4 foreign nationals lived, was empty during the fire. An investigation has been launched into the fire, which caused panic and resulted in material damage.
