Katılımevim has acquired 70 percent of the CarrefourSA shopping mall located in the Nilüfer district of Bursa. The investment amount was announced as 78.5 million dollars.
This property has 60,325 square meters of leasable area. It contains 131 standard stores, 13 large-scale stores, 1 large supermarket, and 1 cinema.
The Board of Directors of Katılımevim decided to continue its real estate investments on 01.07.2024. In this context, the property belonging to Bainbridge Gayrimenkul Ticaret A.Ş. was purchased. CarrefourSA Bursa AVM joined the Katılımevim portfolio for 78,519,326 USD.
CarrefourSA Bursa AVM covers an area of 100,000 square meters. The shopping mall offers a wide range of shopping and entertainment opportunities.
