Inheritance murder in the middle of the street in İzmit: He shot his brother with a shotgun

 In the incident that took place on Sağol Street in the Yenişehir neighborhood of İzmit, a long-standing inheritance dispute between two brothers from the same family ended tragically in the middle of the street. According to allegations, the argument that broke out between Fikri Küçük and his brother İsmail Küçük escalated quickly. Fikri Küçük opened fire on his brother with the shotgun he was carrying.

HE OPENED FIRE ON HIS BROTHER AND FLED

İsmail Küçük, who was targeted by the pellets from the shotgun, collapsed to the ground covered in blood after being struck. Following the attack, Fikri Küçük fled the scene. Upon the notification of neighborhood residents, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

HE LOST HIS LIFE AT THE HOSPITAL

İsmail Küçük, who received his first intervention at the scene, was first taken to a private hospital in the district by ambulance. Due to his critical condition, he was transferred from there to Kocaeli City Hospital, where he lost his life despite all interventions by doctors.

MURDER SUSPECT APPREHENDED IN A SHORT TIME

The İzmit District Police Department teams, who launched a wide-ranging investigation into the murder, apprehended and took Fikri Küçük into custody in a short time. While the suspect's processing at the police station continues and his statement is being taken, a judicial process regarding the incident has been initiated.
