Major consumer backlash over order from Migros Hemen
A consumer complained on social media, stating that the carrots they ordered via Migros Hemen were of poor quality. The social media account 'Denetle' shared a photo of the product.
Denetle!, one of Turkey's largest digital inspection platforms, shared a consumer's complaint regarding carrots purchased from Migros Hemen on its social media account.
The consumer stated that the carrots they ordered were in extremely poor condition, using the expression, "It's so bad that one wouldn't even want to look at it, let alone eat it."
Following the complaint, the Denetle! platform examined the photo of the product and observed that the carrots were indeed in poor condition. In the photo, it was clearly visible that the carrots were not suitable for consumption.
Consumers are encouraged to seek their rights and report their complaints to the relevant platforms when they encounter such issues.
